Revelo) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO SIGN, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, THE DEED OF DONATION IN FAVOR OF THE MILITARY RESERVATION ARMY UNIT ASSIGNED IN PAGADIAN CITY, PHILIPPINE ARMY (PA), WITH REFERENCE TO THE CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS LOT 2, BLOCK 1-C, CONTAINING AN AREA OF THREE THOUSAND SEVENTY (3,070) SQUARE METERS, SITUATED AT THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO REGIONAL GOVERNMENT CENTER IN BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, FOR USE AS SITE OF ITS OFFICE BUILDING AND AMENITIES" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod adopted Resolution No. 2009-0691, which, in gist, approved the grant, by way of Deeds of Donation, the allocation and distribution of the areas within the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center site situated at Barangay Balintawak, this City, to the transferring regional offices of the different national government departments and agencies, WHEREAS, in consideration of the request of the Military Reservation Army Unit assigned in Pagadian City, Philippine Army (PA), for the provision of a suitable area that will be used for the construction of its office building and amenities, the City Government has identified and defined Lot 2, Block 1-C, containing an area of Three Thousand Seventy (3,070) square meters, thereat as site for its Office Building and Amenities, after considering the space requirements; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to sign, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, the Deed of Donation in favor of the Military Reservation Army Unit assigned in Pagadian City, Philippine Army (PA), with reference to the City Government-owned parcel of land known as Lot 2, Block 1-C, containing an area of Three Thousand Seventy (3,070) Square Meters, situated at the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Government Center in Barangay Balintawak, this city, for use as site of its office building and amenities. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his reference and appropriate action; the City Legal Officer; to MGen Yegor Rey P. Barroquillo Jr., PA, Commander, 11D, PA, Kuta Major Cesar Sang-an, Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur; and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
