RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0507 (Sponsored by: Committee on Education, Science & Technology and Accreditation of NGOs and POs) "A RESOLUTION ACCREDITING AND RECOGNIZING THE PAGADIAN BLIND MASSAGE ASSOCIATION, AS A NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION EXISTING AND OPERATING IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Pagadian Blind Massage Association applied for accreditation as a legitimate organization existing and operating in Pagadian City pursuant to the pertinent provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, the Committee on Education, Science, Technology & Accreditation of NGOs and POs of this Sanggunian recommended favorable action on the application after evaluating the documents submitted by the association and having determined its compliance to the requirements set forth by the Local Government Code and City Ordinance No. 2010-304, as amended; WHEREAS, this body strongly supports the application, highlighting its immense potential to drive mutual support and elevate the moral, social, and economic well-being of its members across Pagadian City; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Bienvenido C. Culve, be it RESOLVED to accredit and recognize, as this body hereby accredits and recognizes the Pagadian Blind Massage Association, as a Non-Government Organization existing and operating in the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Ms. Elena Ybañes, President, Pagadian Blind Massage Association; the City Planning & Development Coordinator; the City Local Government Operations Officer; and the Honorable City Mayor, all of this City, for information and guidance.
