RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0486 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 044, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING COMPREHENSIVE GUIDELINES FOR THE UTILIZATION AND ALLOCATION PERCENTAGE OR SHARING SCHEME OF PHILHEALTH CAPITATION RECEIVED FROM THE PHILIPPINE HEALTH INSURANCE CORPORATION (PHILHEALTH) FOR FACILITY OPERATIONAL FUNDS AND PROFESSIONAL FEES FOR THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 044, on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 044, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing Comprehensive Guidelines for the Utilization and Allocation Percentage or Sharing Scheme of PhilHealth Capitation received from the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) for Facility Operational Funds and Professional Fees for the City Health Office and For Other Purposes," and for its further consideration on Third Reading. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
