RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0485 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health & Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 043, AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2026-634, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING COMPREHENSIVE GUIDELINES FOR THE UTILIZATION AND ALLOCATION PERCENTAGE OR SHARING SCHEME OF PHILHEALTH CAPITATION RECEIVED FROM THE PHILIPPINE HEALTH INSURANCE CORPORATION (PHILHEALTH) FOR FACILITY OPERATIONAL FUNDS FOR THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE-ANIMAL BITE TREATMENT CENTER AND TB DOTS FACILITY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 043, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; NOW THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 043 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2026-634, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing Comprehensive Guidelines for the Utilization and Allocation Percentage or Sharing Scheme of PhilHealth Capitation received from the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) for Facility Operational Funds for the City Health Office-Animal Bite Treatment Center and TB DOTS Facility and For Other Purposes." APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
