RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0482 (Sponsored by: Committee on Good Government, Ethics and Civil Service) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 042, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING ONE (1) POSITION OF BOARD SECRETARY IV AND TWO (2) POSITIONS OF BOARD SECRETARY III IN THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY TO THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD OF PAGADIAN CITY, PRESCRIBING THEIR SALARY GRADES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 042, on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 042, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating One (1) Position of Board Secretary IV and Two (2) Positions of Board Secretary III in the Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Pagadian City, Prescribing their Salary Grades and Appropriating Funds Thereof," and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
