RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0480 (Sponsored by: Committee on Good Government, Ethics and Civil Service) "A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE RECONSTITUTION AND REORGANIZATION OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE PERSONNEL SELECTION/PROMOTION BOARD OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AS ENUNCIATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 12, SERIES OF 2026" WHEREAS, in view of the movements of personnel-members that compose the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co issued Executive Order No. 12, series of 2026, entitled: "An Executive Order Further Updating and Reconstituting The Composition Of The Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian," and forwarded the same to this Sanggunian for affirmation; WHEREAS, the committee, to which the foregoing matter was referred for review, deems it prim and proper to support the reorganization and reconstitution of the composition of the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian, hence this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to affirm, as this body hereby affirms the reconstitution and reorganization of the composition of the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian as enunciated under Executive Order No. 12, Series of 2026, as specified herein, viz: Chairman : City Mayor Samuel S.
