RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0425 (Co-sponsored by: Committee on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation; Committee on Barangay Affairs; and Committee on Police, Fire, Public Safety and Illegal Drug Prevention) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 039, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE ACT OF BEING NAKED, TOPLESS OR HALF-NAKED IN PUBLIC PLACES," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 039, on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 039, entitled: "An Ordinance Prohibiting the Act of Being Naked, Topless or Half-Naked in Public Places," and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
