RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0421 (Sponsored by: Committee on Planning and Landed Estates, Housing and Urban/Rural Community) "A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT PERMIT OF RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, OWNED BY VINA VIVIEN SAGUN-TAYLOR INVOLVING LOT NO. 7-B, COVERED BY TCT NO. 131-2019001478, TD NO. 2019-001326, CONTAINING A TOTAL AREA OF 2,925 SQUARE METERS, LOCATED AT PUROK RUBIA, BARANGAY SANTA MARIA, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, Ms. Vina Vivien Sagun-Taylor, applied for Preliminary Subdivision Development Permit for a Residential Subdivision project for Lot No. 7-B, covered by TCT No. 131-2019001478; TD No. 2019-001326, with a total area of 2,925 square meters; WHEREAS, after thorough review and evaluation by this body, in coordination with the City Planning and Development Office and the concerned SP Committee, to which the foregoing application was referred, the same application has been found to be in order so as to merit approval subject, however, to the pertinent laws and issuances governing the same as well as the adoption, institution and establishment of environmental protection plan; NOW THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J.
