RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0396 (Sponsored by: Bienvenido C. Culve) "A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE PARTICIPATION/ATTENDANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE 15TH CITY COUNCIL TO THE PHILIPPINE COUNCILORS LEAGUE-SPONSORED SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ENTITLED: "NAVIGATING THE GAS VOLATILITY: PRACTICAL LEGISLATIVE STRATEGIES FOR CONTINUITY AND EFFICIENCY" TO BE HELD ON JUNE 2010-12, 2026 AT DAKAK BEACHSIDE GOLF AND RESORT, DAPITAN CITY, AS AN OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF THE BODY IN LIEU OF ITS SCHEDULED SESSION FOR THE WEEK , THEREBY IN EFFECT, SCHEDULING THE 39TH REGULAR SESSION TO JUNE 17, 2026" WHEREAS, the majority of the members of the 15th City Council are expected to attend the PCL sponsored Seminar Workshop entitled "On Navigating The Gas Volatility: Practical Legislative Strategies For Continuity And Efficiency" on June 2010-12, 2026 at Dakak Beachside Golf and Resort, Dapitan City; WHEREAS, considering the foregoing activity to be equally important and with great bearing particularly on the discharge of the official duties and responsibilities of local legislators, hence, the body deems necessary to consider the said activity as an official undertaking which therefore will necessitate the setting of the 39th Regular Session to June 17, 2026; NOW THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Bienvenido C. Culve, be it RESOLVED to consider, as this body hereby considers the participation/attendance of the members of the 15th City Council to the Philippine Councilors League-sponsored Seminar-Workshop entitled: "Navigating The Gas Volatility: Practical Legislative Strategies For Continuity And Efficiency" to be held on June 2010-12, 2026 at Dakak Beachside Golf And Resort, Dapitan City, as an official undertaking of the body in lieu of its scheduled session for the week , thereby in effect, scheduling the 39th Regular Session to June 17, 2026. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
