RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0348 (Sponsored by: Committee on Police, Fire, Public Safety and Illegal Drug Prevention) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 038 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2026-630, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT BY ADDITION IN THE TITLE OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2018-416 AS WELL AS REDEFINING ITEM (l) OF SECTION 3 AND DELETION OF SUB-PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 7 THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 038, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; NOW THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Maphilindo Q. Obaob, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 038 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2026-630, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for an Amendment by Addition in the Title of City Ordinance No. 2018-416 as well as Redefining Item (l) of Section 3 and Deletion of Sub-Paragraph (b) of Section 7 thereof."
