RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0347 (Sponsored by: Committee on Police, Fire, Public Safety and Illegal Drug Prevention) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 038, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT BY ADDITION IN THE TITLE OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2018-416 AS WELL AS REDEFINING ITEM (l) OF SECTION 3 AND DELETION OF SUB-PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 7 THEREOF," AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 038, on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Maphilindo Q. Obaob, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 038, entitled "An Ordinance Providing for an Amendment by Addition in the Title of City Ordinance No. 2018-416 as well as Redefining Item (l) of Section 3 and Deletion of Sub-Paragraph (b) of Section 7 thereof," and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
