RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0311

"A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO SIGN AND ACCEPT THE DONATION OF TWO (2) UNITS HONDA MOTORCYCLES FROM ODYSSEY MOTORS, REPRESENTED BY MR. RANDY D. REYES, IN FAVOR OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" 
WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor, by way of a letter-request, has sought authority to sign and accept, the donation of two (2) units Honda Motorcycle by Odyssey Motors, a motorcycle dealer, with office address at Rizal Avenue, Lumbia District, Pagadian City, in favor of the City Government of Pagadian;
WHEREAS, this body, after careful perusal and evaluation and in support of the findings of the concerned Committee-to which the foregoing matter was initially referred-that the request is more beneficial and advantageous for the people of Pagadian, deems it appropriate and reasonable to clothe the Honorable City Mayor with the necessary authority, hence, this passage;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it
RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to sign and accept the donation of two (2) units Honda Motorcycles from Odyssey Motors, represented by Mr. Randy D. Reyes, in favor of the City Government of Pagadian. 
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate favorable action; to the City Legal Officer; to Odyssey Motors, the donor, through Mr. Randy D. Reyes, all of this city, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
