RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0297 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01, S. 2026, (CY-2026 ANNUAL BUDGET) OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF SAN FRANCISCO, THIS CITY, TO BE OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of San Francisco enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2026 (CY-2026 Annual Budget) involving the amount of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand (P7,500,000.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian, pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2026, (CY-2026 Annual Budget) of the Sangguniang Barangay of San Francisco, this city, to be operative and in full force and effect. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of San Francisco, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this city, for their information and guidance. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
