Culve) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 036 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2026-629, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE CO-TERMINUS POSITIONS OF ONE (1) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT II, SALARY GRADE 17, AND ONE (1) PRIVATE SECRETARY 1, SALARY GRADE 11, UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY VICE MAYOR, DEFINING ITS DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 036, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Bienvenido C. Culve, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 036 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2026-629, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The Co-Terminus Positions Of One (1) Executive Assistant II, Salary Grade 17, And One (1) Private Secretary 1, Salary Grade 11, Under The Office Of The City Vice Mayor, Defining Its Duties, Functions And Responsibilities And Providing Funds Therefor." APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
