RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0264 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 032 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2026-628, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE "DUGONG BAYANI" BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND PRESCRIBING POLICIES ON THE CONDUCT OF BLOOD DONATION ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 032, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Hon. Ariel J. Lim Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 032 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2026-628, entitled: "An Ordinance Institutionalizing the "Dugong Bayani" Blood Donation Program of the City of Pagadian and Prescribing Policies on the conduct of blood donation activities in the city."
