RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0263 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 032, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE "DUGONG BAYANI" BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND PRESCRIBING POLICIES ON THE CONDUCT OF BLOOD DONATION ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 032, on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Health and Social Services which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Hon. Ariel J. Lim Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 032, entitled: "An Ordinance Institutionalizing the "Dugong Bayani" Blood Donation Program of the City of Pagadian and Prescribing Policies on the conduct of blood donation activities in the city," and for its consideration on Third Reading. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
