Vicente M. Cerilles Street (Half Lane), Specifically Fronting The Saint Columban College From Corners Sanson Street And V. Sagun Street, from February 8 to 13, 2026, In Connection With The Saint Columban College "Tabo 2026" Activity," was presented on First Reading; WHEREAS, given the urgency and the proximity of the scheduled activity, the body has favorably acted to advance the proposal for thorough consideration and deliberation on Second Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on First Reading Draft Ordinance No. 030, entitled: "An Ordinance Approving The Temporary Closure To Vehicular Traffic Of Gov. Vicente M.
