RESOLUTION NO. 2026-0233 (Sponsored by: Honorable Bienvenido C. Culve) "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PAMANA WATER CORPORATION, THROUGH THE PAGADIAN CITY WATER DISTRICT, TO FURNISH/PROVIDE THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD WITH A COPY OF THE APPROVED CATCH-UP PLAN FOR THE PAGADIAN CITY WATER SYSTEM" WHEREAS, based on the information provided by the Board of Directors of the Pagadian City Water District (PCWD), the PAMANA Water Corporation has proposed to carry out a catch-up plan as a measure to temporarily address the perceived shortage of water supply while the water treatment plant is yet to be established as required in the Joint Venture Agreement entered into by and between the PCWD and the PAMANA; WHEREAS, in view thereof, the body, in order to keep abreast on the faithful delivery and accomplishment of the PAMANA with respect to the stipulations in the Joint Venture Agreement, deems it necessary to obtain a copy of the aforesaid approved Catch-Up Plan for its information, guidance and reference, hence, this request; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Bienvenido C. Culve, be it RESOLVED, to request, as this body hereby requests the PAMANA Water Corporation, through the Pagadian City Water District, to furnish/provide the Sangguniang Panlungsod with a copy of the approved Catch-Up Plan for the Pagadian City Water System. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the PAMANA Water Corporation, through General Manager Pericles C. Sollano of the Pagadian City Water District (PCWD), this City, for their information, guidance and appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
