"A RESOLUTION REMANDING, WITHOUT ACTION, TO THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF STA. MARIA, THIS CITY, ITS BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 02, S. 2025, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE OFFICE OF THE BARANGAY HUMAN RIGHTS ACTION CENTER (BHRAC) AT BARANGAY STA. MARIA, PAGADIAN CITY AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS", WITH A FURTHER ADVISE TO INCORPORATE NECESSARY PROVISIONS MANDATED BY LAW"

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Sta. Maria, this city, pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991," transmitted to this august body its Barangay Ordinance No. 02, s. 2025 entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing the Office of the Barangay Human Rights Action Center (BHRAC) at Barangay Sta. Maria, Pagadian City and appropriating Funds", for review and confirmation; 

WHEREAS, the Committee on Barangay Affairs and Committee on Human Rights and Subanen/Muslim Community Affairs, to which the foregoing concern was referred for initial consideration, recommended that the same be remanded to the concerned Barangay Council, without action, for the institution of necessary revisions/amendments thereto as specified in its Committee Report No. 096, which recommendation merited the unanimous support of the body; 

 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Joan Szanne S. Pulmones, be it
 RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands, without action, to the Barangay Council of Sta. Maria, this city, its Barangay Ordinance No. 02, s. 2025, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing The Office Of The Barangay Human Rights Action Center (BHRAC) at Barangay Sta. Maria, Pagadian City and Appropriating Funds", with a further advise to incorporate necessary provisions mandated by law.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Sta. Maria through its Punong Barangay, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
