VICENTE CERILLES STREET (FORMERLY ALANO STREET) AND MACAUMBANG STREET EVERY 2:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON UP TO 12:00 MIDNIGHT FROM FEBRUARY 15, 2026 UP TO MARCH 21, 2026, IN CONNECTION WITH THE CELEBRATION OF THE 1ST PAgaDIYAN RAMADAN FOOD FESTIVAL AND 4TH SUMMIT INTERNATIONAL QUR'AN READING WITH ISLAMIC SYMPOSIUM IN OBSERVANCE OF THE 2026 RAMADAN," AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 029 on Second Reading, finds the measure as crucial for ensuring public order and safety; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Bienvenido C. Culve, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 029, entitled: "An Ordinance approving the temporary road closure of portion of Dablo Street from corner Gov. Vicente Cerilles Street (formerly Alano Street) and Macaumbang Street every 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon up to 12:00 midnight from February 15, 2026 up to March 21, 2026, in connection with the celebration of the 1st PAgaDIYAN Ramadan Food Festival and 4th Summit International Qur'an Reading with Islamic Symposium in observance of the 2026 Ramadan," and for its consideration of the same on Third Reading.
