Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 028 ON THIRD & FINAL READING AND DENOMINATING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2026-624, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OF GOVERNOR J. ARIOSA STREET SPECIFICALLY (FRONTING SANTO NINO CATHEDRAL) FROM CORNERS CABRERA AND SANSON STREETS, DURING THE FOLLOWING DATES AND TIME, TO WIT: JANUARY 9-16, 2026, FROM 1:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON UP TO 10:00 O'CLOCK IN THE EVENING, AND JANUARY 17 TO 18, 2026, FROM 1:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON UP TO 12:00 O'CLOCK MIDNIGHT, IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEEKLONG CELEBRATION OF THE ANNUAL FEAST OF SENOR SANTO NINO" WHEREAS, the afore-mentioned Draft Ordinance No. 028, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Draft Ordinance No. 028 on Third Reading and denominating the same as City Ordinance No. 2026-624 entitled: "An Ordinance Approving the Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic of Governor J. Ariosa Street Specifically (Fronting Santo Nino Cathedral) from corners Cabrera and Sanson Streets, During the following Dates and Time, to wit: January 9-16, 2026, from 1:00 O'clock in the afternoon up to 10:00 O'clock in the Evening, and January 17 to 18, 2026, from 1:00 O'clock in the afternoon up to 12:00 O'clock Midnight, in connection with the weeklong celebration of the Annual Feast of Senor Santo Nino. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
