ARIOSA STREET SPECIFICALLY (FRONTING SANTO NINO CATHEDRAL) FROM CORNERS CABRERA AND SANSON STREETS, DURING THE FOLLOWING DATES AND TIME, TO WIT: JANUARY 9-16, 2026, FROM 1:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON UP TO 10:00 O'CLOCK IN THE EVENING, AND JANUARY 17 TO 18, 2026, FROM 1:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON UP TO 12:00 O'CLOCK MIDNIGHT, IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEEKLONG CELEBRATION OF THE ANNUAL FEAST OF SENOR SANTO NINO," AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 028 on Second Reading, finds the measure as crucial for ensuring public order and safety; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 028, entitled: "An Ordinance Approving the Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic of Governor J. Ariosa Street Specifically (Fronting Santo Nino Cathedral) from corners Cabrera and Sanson Streets, During the following Dates and Time, to wit: January 9-16, 2026, from 1:00 O'clock in the afternoon up to 10:00 O'clock in the Evening, and January 17 to 18, 2026, from 1:00 O'clock in the afternoon up to 12:00 O'clock Midnight, in connection with the weeklong celebration of the Annual Feast of Senor Santo Nino," and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
