RESOLUTION NO. 2025-1113 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Planning and Landed Estates and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION REMANDING TO THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR THE LETTER-REQUEST FOR AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE A DEED OF EXCHANGE INVOLVING A CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED LOT KNOWN AS LOT NO. 5209, IN EXCHANGE OF THE PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY THE BLUE SHARK DEVELOPMENT AND TRADING CORPORATION KNOWN AS LOT NO. 5210-A-10, BOTH SITUATED AT THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO REGIONAL GOVERNMENT CENTER, BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY" ? WHEREAS, the Joint Committees on Planning & Landed Estates and on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation, under Joint Committee Report No. 449, presented for consideration the matter pertaining to the letter-request of the Honorable City Mayor which seeks authority to execute and sign a Deed of Exchange involving a City Government-owned property, specifically Lot No. 5209, in exchange of Lot No. 5210-A-10 owned by Blue Shark Development and Trading Corporation, both situated within the identified Regional Government Center in Barangay Balintawak, this City; WHEREAS, the body, in consideration of the information provided by the Joint Committees that no less than the Pagadian Regional Center Management and Coordinating Office (PRCMCO) has formally sought for the remanding of the matter due to a change in the designated lot location which in not in conformity with the subject lot specified under the draft Deed of Exchange, deems it appropriate to remand the same to the Honorable City Mayor without prejudice to the resubmission of a revised request containing therein the final and exact location of the lot; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to remand to the Honorable City Mayor the letter-request for authority to execute a Deed of Exchange involving a City Government-owned property known as Lot No. 5209, in exchange of the parcel of land owned by the Blue Shark Development and Trading Corporation known as Lot No. 5210-A-10, both situated at the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Government Center, Barangay Balintawak, this city, pending submission of a revised request. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, to the City Legal Officer, and to the Pagadian Regional Center Management and Coordinating Office (PRCMCO), for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
