CO, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TITLE AND SECTION 1, 2(B), 3, 4, 5, OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2017-390, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE GRANT OF RECOGNITION AND MONETARY INCENTIVES TO "LUMAD PAGADIANONS" WHO ARE DECLARED AND RANKED WITHIN THE TOP TEN (10) PASSERS OF LICENSURE EXAMINATIONS UNDERTAKEN BY THE PROFESSIONAL REGULATIONS COMMISSION (PRC) AND/OR THE SUPREME COURT OF THE PHILIPPINES FOR THE PHILIPPINE BAR EXAMINATIONS," AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 068; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and, finding the same within the ambit of authority of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 068, authored by Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, entitled: "An Ordinance amending the Title and Section 1, 2(B), 3, 4, 5, of City Ordinance No. 2017-390, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing For The Grant Of Recognition And Monetary Incentives To "Lumad Pagadianons" Who Are Declared And Ranked Within The Top Ten (10) Passers Of Licensure Examinations Undertaken By The Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) And/Or The Supreme Court Of The Philippines For The Philippine Bar Examinations," and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
