Tan) "A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE PARTICIPATION/ATTENDANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL TO THE QUARTERLY NATIONAL COUNCIL ASSEMBLY (TERM-END ASSESSMENT) AND TRAINING ON EFFECTIVE PROGRAM/PROJECT/POLICY MONITORING AND EVALUATION PRACTICES AND INNOVATION OF THE NATIONAL MOVEMENT FOR YOUNG LEGISLATORS (NMYL) ON JUNE 2016-18, 2025, AT TAG RESORT CORON, CORON, PALAWAN, AS AN OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF THE BODY IN LIEU OF ITS SCHEDULED SESSION FOR THE WEEK THEREBY, IN EFFECT, RESETTING THE 121ST REGULAR SESSION TO JUNE 25, 2025" WHEREAS, the National Movement for Young Legislators (NMYL) will be holding its Quarterly National Council Assembly (Term-End Assessment) and Training on Effective Program/Project/Policy Monitoring and Evaluation Practices and Innovation on June 2016-18, 2025 at Tag Resort Coron, Coron, Palawan; WHEREAS, considering the attendance of the utmost members of the council, and seeing the activity to be equally significant and with great bearing particularly on the discharge of the official duties and responsibilities of the members of the 14th City Council who are members of the National Movement for Young Legislators (NMYL) who have signified to attend/participate the said event, hence, the body deems it necessary to consider the said activity as an official undertaking which therefore will necessitate the resetting of the 121st Regular Session to June 25, 2025; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Marylynn U. Tan, be it RESOLVED to consider, as this body hereby considers the participation/attendance of the members of the 14th City Council to the Quarterly National Council Assembly (Term-End Assessment) and Training on Effective Program/Project/Policy Monitoring and Evaluation Practices and Innovation of the National Movement for Young Legislators (NMYL) on June 2016-18, 2025, at Tag Resort Coron, Coron, Palawan, as an official undertaking of the body in lieu of its scheduled session for the week thereby, in effect, resetting the 121st Regular Session to June 25, 2025.
