RESOLUTION NO. 2025-1054 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriation) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01, S. 2025, (CY-2025 ANNUAL BUDGET) OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF LAPEDIAN, THIS CITY, TO BE OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Lapedian enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2025 (CY-2025 Annual Budget) involving the amount of Four Million Fifty Thousand (P4,050,000.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian, pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2025 (CY-2025 Annual Budget) of the Sangguniang Barangay of Lapedian, this city, to be operative and in full force and effect. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Lapedian, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this city, for their information and guidance.
