RESOLUTION NO. 2025-1039 (Sponsored by: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 099, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING HEALTHY LEARNING INSTITUTIONS (HLI) IN PAGADIAN CITY," AND FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 099; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and finding the same within the ambit of authority of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 099, entitled: "An Ordinance Institutionalizing Healthy Learning Institutions (HLI) in Pagadian City," and for consideration of the same on Third Reading.
