RESOLUTION NO. 2025-1019 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation & Committee on Finance & Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION REMANDING, WITHOUT ACTION, TO THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF ALEGRIA, THIS CITY, ITS BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 28, S. 2023, ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION ASKING THE CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO FOR PURCHASE OF LOT IN FRONT OF ALEGRIA BARANGAY HALL," WITH AN ADVISE TO CONSULT THE CONCERNED OFFICES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH NECESSARY GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES" WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Alegria, has formally transmitted Resolution No. 28, s. 2023, to this august body, which in gist requested the Honorable City Mayor to allocate funds to purchase a lot in front of the Barangay Hall; WHEREAS, this body, in view of the information provided by the concerned Committees, to which the foregoing matter had been referred for initial evaluation, that the Barangay Council of Alegria needs to consult the concerned offices relative to their request for allocation of funds, deems it prim and proper to remand the same to the concerned Barangay Council, without action; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands, without action, to the Barangay Council of Alegria, this city, its Barangay Resolution No. 28, s. 2023, entitled: "A resolution asking the City Mayor Samuel S. Co for purchase of lot in front of Alegria Barangay Hall," with an advise to consult the concerned offices to ensure compliance with necessary guidelines and procedures. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Alegria through its Punong Barangay, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
