ARAO-ARAO AS CITY GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD I (CITY BUDGET OFFICER), EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 3, 2025" WHEREAS, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co appointed Ms. Rosa Leah S. Arao-Arao as City Government Department Head I, with specific designation of City Budget Officer, effective February 3, 2025, and the appointment papers were submitted to this august body for confirmation as required by pertinent provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, the body, after preliminary scrutiny of the appointment and pertinent documents submitted with reference to the provisions of Republic Act 7160 and the subsequent evaluation of the appointee's qualification and fitness to handle the responsibilities of the office, found the appointee highly qualified and deserving of the position, hence this confirmation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the appointment of Ms. Rosa Leah S. Arao-Arao as City Government Department Head I (City Budget Officer), effective February 3, 2025. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Provincial Director, Civil Service Commission through the City Human Resource Management Division, Office of the City Administrator; to Ms. Rosa Leah S.
