RESOLUTION NO. 2025-1010 (Sponsor: Committee on Police, Fire & Public Safety) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 084, ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-601, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE PROVISION OF EMERGENCY RELIEF AND PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER DISASTERS AND OTHER EMERGENCY SITUATIONS" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 084, authored by Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 084 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2025-601, entitled: "An Ordinance Mandating The Provision Of Emergency Relief And Protection For Children Before, During And After Disasters And Other Emergency Situations.
