RESOLUTION NO. 2025-1004 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation and Committee on Planning and Landed Estates) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ACCEPT THE DONATION OF A PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY MR. BENJAMIN G. SOLIVIO KNOWN AS LOT NO. 4309-H, PSD-09-059786 (ROAD 6.50 AND 6.00 METER WIDE) SITUATED AT BARANGAY KAGAWASAN, THIS CITY, IN FAVOR OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor has submitted a request for authority to accept the Deed of Donation offered by Mr. Benjamin G. Solivio involving a 6.50 and 6.00- meter road lot, situated at Barangay Kagawasan, this City, in favor of the City Government of Pagadian; WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, this Sanggunian, finding the request to be more beneficial and advantageous for the people of Pagadian, deems it appropriate and reasonable to clothe the Honorable City Mayor with the necessary authority, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to accept the donation of a parcel of land owned by Mr. Benjamin G. Solivio known as Lot No. 4309-H, PSD-09-059786 (road 6.50 and 6.00 meter wide) situated at Barangay Kagawasan, this City, in favor of the City Government of Pagadian. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate favorable action; to the City Legal Officer; to the donor, Mr. Benjamin G.
