RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0992 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION DECLARING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02, S. 2024, (SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 03) OF BARANGAY OF BULATOK, THIS CITY, TO BE OPERATIVE AND IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Bulatok enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, s. 2024 (Supplemental Budget No. 03) involving the amount of Thirty Thousand Two Hundred (P30,200.00) Pesos and submitted the same for review and approval by this Sanggunian, pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160; WHEREAS, the said Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, S. 2024 after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Maria Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares Appropriation Ordinance No. 02, s. 2024 (Supplemental Budget No. 03) of Barangay Bulatok, this City, to be operative and in full force and effect. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Bulatok, through the Punong Barangay, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this city, for their information and guidance.
