RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0984 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Ecology and Committee on Police, Fire and Public Safety) "A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF JOINT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01, S. 2024, DATED 03 OCTOBER 2024, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DILG) ON THE SUBJECT: GUIDELINES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRANSDISCIPLINARY APPROACH FOR RESILIENCE AND SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH MULTI-STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT (PROJECT TRANSFORM)" WHEREAS, consistent with its objective to transform LGUs into models of adaptive, inclusive governance and sustainable development, the Department of the Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) issued Joint Memorandum Circular No. 01, s. 2024, dated 03 October 2024, on the subject: "Guidelines in the Implementation of the Transdisciplinary Approach for Resilience and Sustainability through Multi-Stakeholder Engagement (Project TRANSFORM)," and furnished this august body with a copy of the same; WHEREAS, the joint Committees on Ecology and on Police, Fire & Public Safety, after a thorough evaluation, have ascertained that the afore-mentioned memorandum primarily constitute a preliminary advisory to the City Government of Pagadian for its information and guidance, without imposing immediate action or administrative obligations, thus this acknowledgement; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED to acknowledge, as it is hereby acknowledged receipt of Joint Memorandum Circular No. 01, s. 2024, dated 03 October 2024, issued by the Department of the Environment and Natural Resources and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), on the subject: Guidelines In The Implementation Of The Transdisciplinary Approach For Resilience And Sustainability Through Multi-Stakeholder Engagement (PROJECT TRANSFORM). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), through the City Environment and Natural Resources Officer, Ms. Annalyn Babayson; and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), through the City Local Government Operations Officer, Ms. Maribel C.
