RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0978 (Co-sponsors: Committee on Health and Social Services and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 097, ENTITLED: "THE CHILDREN'S CODE OF PAGADIAN CITY," AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 097 on Second Reading, this body finds the proposed measure within its jurisdiction and acknowledges the paramount importance of establishing a comprehensive legal framework to safeguard the rights, welfare, and holistic development of children, ensuring their active participation in various aspects of society; WHEREAS, after due deliberations and discussions, the body deems it necessary and appropriate to approve Draft Ordinance No. 097 on Second Reading and to subsequently consider the same for final approval on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 097, entitled: "The Children's Code of Pagadian City," and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
