RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0977 (Sponsor: Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING HONORABLE CITY COUNCILOR SAM TYRA F. CO FOR GIVING HONOR TO THE CITY OF PAGADIAN BY RANKING THIRD IN THE ARCHITECT LICENSURE EXAMINATION CONDUCTED BY THE PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION (PRC) LAST JANUARY 21 AND 23, 2025" WHEREAS, Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, the number one City Councilor of Pagadian City has successfully hurdled and passed the Architect Licensure Examination given last January 21 and 23 2025 by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC); WHEREAS, by placing third among the 1,052 passers out of the field of 1,792 examinees, Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co brought honor and recognition to her family as well as pride to the City of Pagadian and its people-a feat that will serve as an inspiration for students and graduates alike to excel in their chosen fields; WHEREAS, being representatives of the constituency of the city, this body deems it most fitting to extend the felicitations of all Pagadianons to Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co and her family; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED, to congratulate and commend Honorable City Councilor Sam Tyra F. Co for giving Honor to the City of Pagadian by ranking Third in the Architect Licensure Examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) last January 21 and 23, 2025.
