Pulmones) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HOLDING OF A SPECIAL SESSION ON JANUARY 21, 2025 AT 9:00 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING AT THE SP SESSION HALL, 4TH FLOOR CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3), BARANGAY SANTIAGO, THIS CITY, PURPOSELY TO DELIBERATE ON THE COMPREHENSIVE LOCAL JUVENILE INTERVENTION PLAN 2024-2026 FOR PAGADIAN CITY" WHEREAS, the Local Council for the Protection of Children, by virtue of Resolution No. 2024-01, formulated and enacted the Comprehensive Local Juvenile Intervention Plan 2024-2026 for Pagadian City and, submitted the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for adoption; WHEREAS, considering the urgency and importance of the foregoing concern, it is thus indispensable for this august body to hold a special session to tackle this particular matter, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Joan Szanne S. Pulmones, severally seconded, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it is hereby approved the holding of a Special Session on January 21, 2025 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning at the SP Session Hall, 4th floor City Commercial Center (C3), Barangay Santiago, this city, purposely to deliberate on the Comprehensive Local Juvenile Intervention Plan 2024-2026 for Pagadian City. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to declare this Resolution as an official notice to all Council Members for their attendance and participation during the scheduled special session. RESOLVED, FINALLY, to furnish copies of this Resolution to all Council Members, for their guidance and information. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
