RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0970 (Co-Sponsored: Committee on Barangay Affairs and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01, S. 2024 OF BARANGAY TUBURAN, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RULES AND REGULATION ON THE USE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE BARANGAY COVERED COURT OF BARANGAY TUBURAN, PAGADIAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THEREOF" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Tuburan, this city, enacted Barangay Ordinance No. 01, s. 2024, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing Rules And Regulation On The Use And Management Of The Barangay Covered Court Of Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur And Providing Penalties Thereof," and submitted the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for review and confirmation pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, the Joint Committees, to which the foregoing Barangay Ordinance was referred for review, found the same in order in form and substance and is consistent with the powers delegated to the Sangguniang Barangay thus, the recommendation to confirm the foregoing measure is supported and concurred by the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Joan Szanne S. Pulmones, be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the validity of Barangay Ordinance No. 01, s. 2024, of Barangay Tuburan, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing Rules And Regulation On The Use And Management Of The Barangay Covered Court Of Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur And Providing Penalties Thereof." RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Tuburan through its Punong Barangay, for information, guidance and reference. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
