"A RESOLUTION DECLARING TO BE OPERATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY, SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 01, S. 2024, FROM THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY BUENAVISTA, THIS CITY, FOR THE PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND ACTIVITIES (PPA'S) RELATED TO THE SPORTS AND DEVELOPMENT"


WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Buenavista, this City, has approved Supplemental Budget 01, s. 2024 involving the amount of Four Hundred Forty-Five Thousand (P445,000.00) Pesos for the priority programs, projects and activities related to sports and development and submitted the same for approval by this Honorable Sanggunian pursuant to Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, series 2019, dated 23 January 2019, issued by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the National Youth Commission (NYC);

WHEREAS, the said legislation, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committee, has been found to have substantially conformed with all the necessary rules, regulations and guidelines related thereto; 
 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to declare, as this body hereby declares as operative in its entirety, Supplemental Budget No. 01, s. 2024 from the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Buenavista, this city, for the priority programs, projects, and activities (PPA's) related to sports and development.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the concerned Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Buenavista, through its SK Chairperson, the City Budget Officer and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information and guidance. 
 APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
