RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0218 (Sponsored by: Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRANT AND RELEASE OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE (SRI) TO ALL CITY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, REGULAR PLANTILLA PERSONNEL AND CASUAL EMPLOYEES, CHARGED TO LUMP SUM AND SALARY SAVINGS, AT THE RATE OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND (P15,000.00) PESOS" WHEREAS, Section 1 of Administrative Order No. 40, dated December 11, 2025, issued by the President of the Philippines, authorizes Local Government Units to grant Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) for Fiscal Year 2025 at a uniform amount not exceeding Twenty Thousand (P20,000.00) Pesos for each government official, regular plantilla personnel and casual employee, charged to lump sum and salary savings, subject to the budgetary condition that the grant shall be within the Personal Services limitations under Sections 325(a) and 331(b) of RA 7160; WHEREAS, just like in the previous years, the City Government of Pagadian had been granting Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to all its employees in recognition of the collective and unceasing participation and invaluable contribution to the present administration's continuing effort toward the establishment of streamlined government processes and more responsive delivery of public services; WHEREAS, in relation thereto, this body deems it appropriate and in order to clothe the Honorable City Mayor with the necessary authority to grant Service Recognition Incentive to each qualified City Government official and employee in the amount of P15,000.00; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the grant and release of Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to all City Government Officials, Regular Plantilla Personnel and Casual Employees, charged to Lump Sum and Salary Savings at the rate of Fifteen Thousand (P15,000.00) Pesos. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished the Honorable City Mayor, the City Budget Officer, the City Accountant, the City Treasurer, and the City Auditor, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
