RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0214 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (SAIP) NO. 2, CALENDAR YEAR 2025, OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN INVOLVING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FORTY- TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINE PESOS AND TEN CENTAVOS (P42,888,309.10), AS ADOPTED BY THE CITY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE THROUGH ITS CDC RESOLUTION NO. 7, S. 2025" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor forwarded to this Sanggunian Resolution No. 7, s. 2025 of the City Development Council Executive Committee, which, in gist, adopted Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 2 for CY-2025 of the City Government of Pagadian involving the amount of P42,888,309.10-the availability of which is to be taken from the Reversion of Current Appropriations for Personal Service Savings, viz: Reversion of Current Appropriation of Personal Services Savings: Salaries & Wages P 12,882,309.10 PERA 2,356,000.00 Life & Retirement 3,265,000.00 Philhealth 1,558,000.00 Clothing Allowance 2,792,000.00 Honoraria 2,250,000.00 Subsistence 1,150,000.00 Hazard 500,000.00 Year-End Bonus 13,640,000.00 Cash Gift 2,495,000.00 P 42,888,309.10 Total Available for Appropriation P 42,888,309.10 WHEREAS, the total available amount specified above is hereby appropriated for the grant of Other Bonuses and Allowances to all officials and employees of the City Government of Pagadian for their collective and invaluable contributions to the over-all development of the city pursuant to DBM Budget Circular No. 2025-3 and Administrative Order No. 40, s. 2025; WHEREAS, this body, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing matter, deems it imperatively necessary to adopt Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 2; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C.
