RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0213 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION REMANDING TO THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR, WITHOUT ACTION, SUPPLEMENTAL ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (SAIP) NO. 02 AND SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 02, FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025, OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN INVOLVING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P171,236,500.00), WITH AN ADVICE TO SUBMIT THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED UNDER COMMITTEE REPORT NO. 090 OF THE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE AND APPROPRIATIONS" WHEREAS, the Committee on Finance and Appropriation, under Committee Report No. 090 presented for consideration the matter pertaining to the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (SAIP) No. 02 and Supplemental Budget No. 02, for Calendar Year 2025, of the City Government of Pagadian involving the amount of One Hundred Seventy-One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P171,236,500.00); WHEREAS, after careful evaluation and initial consideration, the body, in support of the findings and recommendation of the concerned Committee--to which the foregoing matter was referred--after due consideration of the Committee Report, deems it imperative to remand the same without action, with a further advice to submit the necessary documentary requirements as specified under its Committee Report No. 090; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands to the Honorable City Mayor, without action, Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 02 and Supplemental Budget No. 02, for Calendar Year 2025, of the City Government of Pagadian involving the amount of One Hundred Seventy-One Million Two Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P171,236,500.00), with an advice to submit the necessary documentary requirements as specified under Committee Report No. 090 of the committee on Finance and Appropriations. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his reference and appropriate action; the City Planning and Development Officer, the City Budget Officer; the City Accountant; the City Treasurer; and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
