RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0201 (Sponsored by: Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana) "A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE YEAR-END ASSESSMENT AND TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITY OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD ON DECEMBER 2016-17, 2025 AT BALIANGAO, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, AS AN OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF THE BODY IN LIEU OF THE SCHEDULED SESSION FOR THE WEEK, THEREBY SETTING THE 20TH REGULAR SESSION TO JANUARY 7, 2026" WHEREAS, the 15th City Council deems it imperative to conduct a Year-End Assessment and Team Building Activity on December 2016-17, 2025 at Baliangao, Misamis Occidental, for the purpose of evaluating its legislative performance-which undertaking likewise forms part of the continuing capacity development initiatives aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its members and personnel; WHEREAS, considering the scheduled activity, it is deemed prudent and necessary to dispense with the regular session for the week and to set the 20th Regular Session to January 7, 2026, to ensure the full and active participation of the Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to consider, as this body hereby considers the Year-End Assessment and Team Building Activity of the Sangguniang Panlungsod on December 2016-17, 2025 at Baliangao, Misamis Occidental, as an official undertaking of the body in lieu of the scheduled session for the week, thereby setting the 20th Regular Session to January 7, 2026.
