RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0200 (Sponsored by: Committee on Tourism, Sisterhood Program, Arts & Culture) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 021 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-622 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE PAGADIAN CITY TOURISM, CULTURE AND ARTS OFFICE, AS A DEPARTMENT, DEFINING ITS OBJECTIVES, FUNCTIONS, STAFFING PATTERNS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR ITS OPERATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 021, authored by Honorable Lance Samuel F. Co, was presented for consideration on Second Reading; WHEREAS, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third Reading Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 021 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2025-622 entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the Pagadian City Tourism, Culture and Arts Office, as a Department, Defining its Objectives, Functions, Staffing Patterns, and Appropriating Funds for its operation, and for other purposes. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
