RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0195 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 02, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO BILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE MILLION PESOS (P2,295,000,000.00) AS CALENDAR YEAR 2026 BUDGET OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN TO BE TAKEN FROM THE ESTIMATED INCOME AS CERTIFIED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE TO BE REASONABLY COLLECTIBLE," AS AMENDED, AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, through the Committee Chairperson, Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, has favorably presented Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 on Second Reading; WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, this body, following the incorporation of amendment in the General Provision thereof, more particularly the creation of additional co-terminus positions with appropriate funding in the Office of the City Vice Mayor and each of the Council Members, deems the same sufficient in form and that the substance thereof is urgent and necessary so as to warrant its further treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 03, entitled: "An Ordinance Appropriating The Sum Of Two Billion Two Hundred Ninety-Five Million Pesos (P2,295,000,000.00) As Calendar Year 2026 Budget Of The City Government Of Pagadian To Be Taken From The Estimated Income As Certified By The Local Finance Committee To Be Reasonably Collectible," as amended, and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
