"A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CY-2026, PLANS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES TO BE TAKEN FROM THE EXTERNAL FUND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF EIGHT BILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P8,338,244,000.00), AS ADOPTED, INCLUDED AND ITEMIZED/DETAILED IN THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026"

WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted the Annual Investment Plan for Calendar Year 2026 which included, among other priorities, the proposed plans, programs and activities to be taken from the External Fund;
WHEREAS, the body, after thorough evaluation and consideration, and in compliance with the requirement set by the reviewing body for the passage of a specific action on the same, deems it appropriate and in order to approve and adopt the Calendar Year 2026 Plans, Programs and Activities to be taken from the External Fund in the total amount of P8,338,244,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it 
RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts the CY-2026, plans, programs and activities to be taken from the External Fund in the total amount of Eight Billion Three Hundred Thirty-Eight Million Two Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Pesos (P8,338,244,000.00), as adopted, included and itemized/detailed in the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2026.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through the Honorable Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Provincial Government Center, Dao, this City, for their information and reference; and to the City Planning and Development Coordinator/CDC Secretariat; the City Budget Officer, and the Honorable City Mayor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
