RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0178 (Sponsored by: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CY-2026, PLANS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES AND BUDGET FOR THE FIVE PERCENT (5%) LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FUND (LDRRMF) IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P114,750,000.00), AS ADOPTED AND INCLUDED UNDER THE LOCAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026 AND ITEMIZED/DETAILED IN THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP)" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted the Annual Investment Plan for Calendar Year 2026 which included, among other priorities, the proposed plans, programs and activities for the Five Percent (5%) Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan; WHEREAS, the body, after thorough evaluation and consideration, and in compliance with the requirement set by the reviewing body for the passage of a specific action on the same, deems it appropriate and in order to approve and adopt the Calendar Year 2026 Plans, Programs and Activities and Budget of the City for the Five Percent (5%) Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plan in the total amount of P114,750,000.00; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED TO APPROVE AND ADOPT, as this body hereby approves and adopts the CY-2026, plans, programs and activities and budget for the Five Percent (5%) Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF) in the total amount of One Hundred Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P114,750,000.00), as adopted and included under the Local Expenditure Program of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2026 and itemized/detailed in the Annual Investment Plan (AIP). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through the Honorable Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Provincial Government Center, Dao, this City, for their information and reference; and to the City Planning and Development Coordinator/CDC Secretariat; the City Budget Officer, and the Honorable City Mayor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
