RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0171 (Sponsored by: Committee on Good Government, Ethics & Civil Service) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 023 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-620 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICE (PESO) AS A DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, DEFINING ITS DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 023, authored by Honorable Lance Samuel F. Co, was presented for consideration on Second Reading; WHEREAS, the same Draft Ordinance as favorably recommended by the Committee on Good Government, Ethics & Civil Service, with reference to Committee Report No. 072, was deliberated and considered on Second Reading during this period and is deemed by this body to be appropriate for consideration on Third and Final Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 023 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2025-620 entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) As A Department Of The City Of Pagadian, Defining Its Duties, Functions And Responsibilities And Appropriating Funds Therefor And Other Purposes." APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
