RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0169 (Co-Sponsored by: Committee on Barangay Affairs and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) WHEREAS, the Joint Committees on Barangay Affairs and on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation, to which the foregoing concern was referred for initial consideration, recommended that the same be remanded to the concerned Barangay Council, without action, for the institution of necessary revisions/amendments thereto as specified in its Committee Report No. 071, which recommendation merited the unanimous support of the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Marylynn U. Tan, be it RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Bulatok through its Punong Barangay, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
