Co) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 020 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-619, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE CITY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, ADOPTING ITS ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE WITH CORRESPONDING POSITIONS AND STAFFING PATTERN AND PROVIDING THE NECESSARY FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 020, authored by Honorable Lance Samuel F. Co, was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Lance Samuel F. Co, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 020 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance 2025-619, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The City Disaster Risk Reduction And Management Office Of The City Of Pagadian, Adopting Its Organizational Structure With Corresponding Positions And Staffing Pattern And Providing The Necessary Funds Therefor And For Other Purposes." APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
