RESOLUTION NO. 2025-0162 (Sponsored by: Committee on Good Government, Ethics & Civil Service ) "A RESOLUTION CONCURRING AND AFFIRMING THE RECONSTITUTION OF THE PERSONNEL SELECTION/PROMOTION BOARD OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, AS ENUNCIATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10, SERIES OF 2025, ISSUED BY HONORABLE CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO" WHEREAS, on 28 July 2025, the Honorable City Mayor, by way of Executive Order No. 10, series of 2025, reconstituted and reorganized the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian, and submitted the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for support and affirmation as provided under the Civil Service Commission rules and regulations; WHEREAS, this body, in support of the recommendation of the concerned Committee, to which the foregoing matter was initially referred, and anchored on the need to implement a legitimate selection/promotion process to enable and facilitate the hiring of new personnel and the promotion of deserving and qualified employees in the city government bureaucracy, deems it essential to concur and affirm the reconstitution of the Personnel Selection/ Promotion Board of the City of Pagadian; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jackielyn Krystyl C. Bana, be it RESOLVED to concur and affirm, as this body hereby concurs and affirms the reconstitution of the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian, with the following composition, to wit: Chairman : City Mayor Samuel S.
